Data Policy

RecordPlus stores document metadata such as date, name, category, amount, currency, notes, and file references to support sorting and retrieval.

App preferences such as selected profile, language, and theme are persisted locally so your settings remain after restart.

Data retention is controlled by you. Records stay available until you delete them. There is no cloud retention managed by RecordPlus in this phase.

When exporting, the app generates package files for sharing. Deleting an export file does not remove the original in-app record.
